Ryan Moore has a depth of experience both playing and coaching football in the UK and overseas. Ryan has had the opportunity to represent football clubs including Newcastle United, Oxford United, Colorado Rapids as well as playing International football for the Principality of Sealand, becoming their record top scorer.
Aside from playing football, Ryan began his coaching career in the USA where he holds the NSCAA advanced national diploma award and coached for the state of Colorado for over 3 years. On return to the UK, Ryan took up a coaching role with Fulham FC to train and develop the academy and advanced centre players. Ryan is now the UK Grassroots and Marketing manager for NFL team the Jacksonville Jaguars alongside his role as Director for United Dragons FC.
Daryl Moore played professional football before finding his passion in coaching.
Previously playing for Charlton Athletic, Daryl had the opportunity to take his FA badges at 16 years old, he passed and took the start of his coaching career to America and Australia. After coaching overseas for a year, he came back to London to help grow our own club, United Dragons.
Daryl is the Director and co-founder at United Dragons FC, a grassroots Football and Futsal club established in 2008, in central London where over 500 children attend weekly training.
In 2014, Daryl worked closely with the local councils, the Football Association and league representatives to grow Girls football here in the UK, after a few years, we are proud to have really helped change the game for Girls football, with over 90 girls competing on a weekly basis for UD and hundreds around North West London.
Daryl also works closely with United Dragons Charity partners, Alive and Kicking, using football as a force for good, one of his proudest achievements to date is helping families in Sub-Saharan Africa have the ability to play and live sport from money raised from our children playing football here in London.
Daryl has achieved the FA Level 1, FA Level 2, UEFA B coaching awards as well as United Dragons being a Club Development Chartered Standard Club.
Chris Smith is a former professional footballer who has considerable experience both playing for notable teams and coaching a diverse range of abilities.
Previously a player for Fulham FC Academy, Brentford FC, Chris took his extensive knowledge of football and adapted to the other side, seeing the game through a different perspective; through the coaches eyes.
Chris is the Director and co-founder at United Dragons FC, a grassroots football club in central london where over 500 children attend weekly training. Previously working for Fulham FC as an Academy Coach and Wetherby Prep School as Head of Football, Chris is a firm believer that people of all ages thrive when a positive environment is created; therefore Chris delivers his coaching in a holistic manner to ensure the best outcomes are possible for each person.
Chris has achieved the UEFA B coaching award along with the level 3 personal trainer certificate. Chris has also undertaken his PGCE where he is now a qualified PE Teacher.

As a professional dancer (Diploma in Classical Ballet) Amanda has always been passionate for fitness and discovered how movement and music can re-energise the body, mind and soul. It was in her hometown Sydney, Australia that Amanda wanted to take her fitness journey to the next level and became a qualified fitness instructor nearly 10 years ago. As an instructor Amanda loves to challenge clients and test their strength and stamina to help them achieve their goals (no matter what they are). Her classes are fun and energetic: you can’t help but leave sweaty and smiling, wanting to come back for more.
Erika has a background in dance and is a continual student of movement and wellbeing. She brings a holistic approach to teaching by synthesizing over 25 years of study in dance, Pilates, yoga, meditation, somatics, AiM movement, Reiki, Theta Healing and Human Design to facilitate holding space and guiding people in their own journey back to wholeness. Erika is dedicated to working with every student in a clear, calm and compassionate way on their own needs to begin to find optimal wellbeing. This can include improving functional movement, releasing mental stress and physical pain all the while increasing energy, strength, flexibility and vitality.
Trained at London Studio Centre for her degree in dance and since she has worked mostly for music and TV. “After professional training I was looking to find a workout that would provide me with all the fitness disciplines I needed to compliment dance work. A workout that would keep my ballet and contemporary technique on pointe with a continual focus on flexibility, strength, control and cardio, all with the challenge of elegance and grace. I found all of this at the barre! I fell in love and had to teach it. My classes have a strong ballet base and I love combinations of movements to stimulate the mind and challenge coordination. I cannot wait to dance with you!”
Originally from Perth Australia, Jade moved to Melbourne to pursue her love of dance, where she trained at the Ministry of Entertainment. Upon graduating, Jade performed with Disney Cruise Line, dancing around the world for 3 years! Jade strives to challenge her clients with unique barre combinations to build strength, stamina and long lean muscles. Her classes are suitable for all levels providing different options throughout the class. This instructor loves to sprinkle in a good cardio section, so grab your mat, water and meet her at the barre!
Jennifer began dancing at the age of 5 and has continued to dance all her life, spending many years on pointe. She has a true love for movement and music and her competitive spirit pushes her to set challenges for herself, always improve and never give up – and she wants to bring her clients along with her, growing their individual limits. encouraging and inspiring others to move out of their comfort zone is always her goal. As a previous business professional and now mother of 2 she is ‘living her dream’ after retraining as a barre, hiit and trx instructor.
Liz Joy Oakley is a Holistic Well-being Coach and Yoga & Meditation Teacher based in London. Liz teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Breath-work & Meditation, specialising in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety & Stress, weaving elements of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Talking Therapy into her holistic approach. Liz is an advocate for Mental Health Awareness, Body Positivity and promoting accessible well-being free from stigma.
After starting her career in the fast-paced world of fashion at Net-A-Porter and Vivienne Westwood, Liz came to Yoga after being diagnosed with Malignant Hypertension and Generalized Anxiety and left the Fashion Industry with the goal of helping others to lead healthier lives holistically. Liz is passionate about helping people achieve healthier and happier lifestyles through her work, she loves bringing people together, encouraging authentic connection and strives to cultivate joy through every aspect of her work.
Tash trained professionally at Performers College, Essex where she graduated with a Diploma in Dance & Musical Theatre. Tash has always had a passion for fitness and enjoys finding ways to help others push and develop their own bodies. It has been her love of dance alongside this passion that has inspired her to create Dance Sweat. Recognised for her enthusiasm, Tash’s class is always high energy, sweaty and lots of fun. Her aim is to have you leaving the studio feeling connected to your body and great about yourself.
Boniface is a UK registered Osteopath and acupuncturist with over 16 years’ experience.Trained in level 1 and 2 Garuda.
Boniface started his holistic clinic in 2013 in Marylebone, London. There he focuses on working collaboratively with doctors and other complementary therapists to promote healing and physical wellness for patients.

Building from her dance roots, Catie is certified in barre, STOTT Pilates, Pre + Postnatal exercise and TRX.
