Liz teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Breath-work & Meditation, specialising in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety & Stress, weaving elements of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Talking Therapy into her holistic approach. Liz is an advocate for Mental Health Awareness, Body Positivity and promoting accessible well-being free from stigma.

After starting her career in the fast-paced world of fashion at Net-A-Porter and Vivienne Westwood, Liz came to Yoga after being diagnosed with Malignant Hypertension and Generalized Anxiety and left the Fashion Industry with the goal of helping others to lead healthier lives holistically. Liz is passionate about helping people achieve healthier and happier lifestyles through her work, she loves bringing people together, encouraging authentic connection and strives to cultivate joy through every aspect of her work.
