Where to Start


There’s a post that often surfaces on Instagram that reads:
“Just Begin. Begin by doing 1 push up. Begin by drinking 1 cup of water.
Begin by walking 1 lap. Begin by reading 1 page.
Begin by meditating 1 morning.
Begin by getting rid of 1 toxic habit.”



The point is, improving one’s health and fitness can feel overwhelming, daunting and unattainable. To start, try not to think of it as “jumping back on the bandwagon.”

That’s a nothing analogy that really doesn’t help.

The “bandwagon” doesn’t exist. Sometimes we find the time to exercise more and sometimes less, and you can’t let either option control you.
