Our classes

Our virtual classes can be done from the comfort of your own home. A mat, weights (1/2 or 1kg) and exercise band can be used, but are not required. A link to the virtual class will be sent prior to the start of the session via email. Be sure to download ZOOM.us and set up a profile in advance. You will need access to a computer, ipad or iphone to participate.

CATIE MILLER
Our 45-minute Pilates mat class will work to balance all muscle groups, strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. This class is a challenging yet safe workout, sculpting and realigning your body. This class is suitable for all levels and those with injuries. This class is not suitable for prenatal or postnatal clients.

This 25 minute HIIT class is perfect for when you are keen to maximise your workout but short on time. A jam-packed, fun class filled with short, intense bursts of activity designed to work your whole body and keep your heart rate up the entire time. The minutes will fly by and you will leave sweaty and so satisfied. Give it a go!

Our 45-minute barre class incorporates elements of dance, Pilates and cardio to create a highly effective, body sculpting workout! This class will feature a graceful yet energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge the core. Barre is an adrenaline-fueled program that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body. No prior dance training is required. This class is suitable for prenatal and post-natal clients, as modifications will be made throughout the class.

This 45-minute restorative barre consists of deep stretches along with a combination of signature barre exercises that will keep you moving, sculpting and strengthening throughout the entire class. This discipline is low impact and targets the same muscle groups as our signature barre class, but at a slower pace. This class is not suitable for prenatal or postnatal clients.

Our yoga classes will guide you through a gentle flow sequence, focus on realigning the body as well as strengthening and mobilising joints. This class can be meditative and help to work into areas where you may be storing tension and stress, leaving you feeling open, centred and refreshed. Our yoga practice aims to restore your mind, body and soul and is suitable for all levels. This class is not suitable for prenatal or postnatal clients.

Dance Sweat will have you sweating from head to toe. You will be taken through a dance warm up, upper body series, then moving onto a final dance aerobic routine. This class focuses on improving cardiovascular stamina, burning calories and stimulating the brain whilst still having fun. Suitable for all dance abilities! It is encouraged you wear trainers for this class to ensure a safe practice. This class is not suitable for prenatal or postnatal clients.
