Rhianna trained at London Studio Centre for her degree in dance and since then she has worked mainly in media, mostly for music and TV.

“After professional training, I was looking to find a workout that would provide me with all the fitness disciplines I needed to compliment dance work.

A workout that would;

  • Keep my ballet and contemporary technique on pointe
  • Keep a continual focus on flexibility, strength, control and cardio
  • Be a challenge while remaining elegant and graceful.

I found all of this at the barre! I fell in love and had to teach it!”

Rhianna’s classes have a strong ballet base and she loves combinations of movements that stimulate the mind and challenge coordination.
